A workspace is a project, team or client within Hoist. Each workspace can have a collection of knowledge bases (ie data which is made available to the LLM as context) and apps (ie different jobs you want to do with AI). By creating workspaces, you are able to share apps and knowledge bases from your library, while also keeping some apps and knowledge bases private to the workspace.
The licence fee of Hoist is based on the number of workspaces you have, rather than the number of users you have.
