Your team can create "Apps" and "Knowledge bases" within Hoist to collaborate on. Knowledge bases are just as they sound, a way to build context around a subject, whether that's a client, project, product, industry or anything else that it would be beneficial to have a shared understanding of across the team. Apps are actions for an applied function. As of October 2023, Apps within Hoist are single-step, so they can only carry out a single action at a time. There are plans on the roadmap to develop ways to "chain" apps, so that multiple actions can be done either consecutively or in tandem, without the need for you to prompt the next step.
